At NISS India, we strive to provide exceptional security and facility management services. Our refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms under which you can request a refund or cancel a service. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
  • Services Not Rendered: If a service agreed upon has not been provided, you may be eligible for a full refund. This applies if we fail to deliver the service as per the agreed terms.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our service due to reasons attributable to us (e.g., quality of service), you may request a refund within 7 days of service delivery. Please contact our customer service team with your concerns.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Refunds may be considered if there are unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., force majeure) that prevent you from using our services.
2.2 Non-Eligibility for Refund
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or changes due to a change of mind after the service has been rendered or initiated.
  • Service Completed: No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed in accordance with the agreement.
  • Late Requests: Refund requests made after 7 days from the service date will not be entertained.
2.3 Refund Process
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@nissindia.com with your service details and reason for the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Service Cancellation
  • Before Service Commencement: If you wish to cancel a service before it commences, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.
  • After Service Commencement: Cancellations after the service has commenced will not be accepted, and any payments made are non-refundable.
3.2 Cancellation Fees
  • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
  • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost.
